Grant Tigers
On November 1, 2007, Grant will be holding it's annual Strategic Site Planning Update Meeting. Original staff and parents from the first Site Planning session will be in attendance. Data will be presented on the Tactic updates.
We will be focusing on three tactics which will drive our School Improvement Plan and our P-5 Plan of Action. These tactics remain our top three goals at Grant. We have much work to do in all three areas despite significant growth in each area. All three areas ultimately focus on student achievement.
1. We will create a climate, which fosters a collaborative system that engages all staff in our students' educational experiences.
2. We will use district curriculum and effective, innovative instructional practices, incorporating higher-level thinking skills to help all students achieve the mission and objectives.
3. We will develop and implement plans to model, reinforce and recognize, responsible, respectful, and ethical behavior by everyone in our school community.
